Industrial dismantlers
Demolition & site clearance
We are scrap merchants and industrial dismantlers — so we can take a building or a plant down, clear the site and recycle what comes out of it, all through one company.
40+ years in Nantwich
Family run scrap merchants and industrial dismantlers since the 1980s.
Environment Agency compliant
Licensed facility with proper end-of-life vehicle de-pollution.
Weighed and graded on site
Approved scales, sorted by grade, and an 800-tonne Harris shear.
Collection across the region
Own lorries and grab loaders covering roughly 30 miles from the yard.
From stripping out a redundant factory unit to taking down a steel-framed building, we plan the job around access, neighbours and what can be recovered — because recovered metal offsets the cost of the work.
What we take on
Soft strip and internal demolition ahead of refurbishment; temporary works and propping where a structure needs supporting; mechanical demolition with excavators and attachments; remote demolition where it is unsafe to put people close in; top-down and high-reach work on taller structures; and full processing of the materials that come out.
Typical jobs
Redundant factory and warehouse units, agricultural buildings and grain stores, boiler houses and plant rooms, tanks and silos, redundant production lines, steel-framed portal buildings and derelict farm structures.
Recovered value goes back into the job
Because we process the steel and non-ferrous ourselves, we can value the recoverable metal accurately when we quote. On steel-heavy structures that can turn a demolition cost into something much closer to neutral. We are straight about it either way — you will see how the numbers are made up.
How to get a price
Demolition is never quoted off a photograph alone. Ring the yard and we will arrange to walk the site, look at access, services and neighbouring properties, then come back to you with a considered price and a sensible programme.

Good to know
Demolition & site clearance — questions we get asked
Do you collect, or do I have to deliver it?
Both. You are welcome to bring scrap to the yard, and for larger loads we can collect with our own lorries and grab loaders across South Cheshire, North Staffordshire and North Shropshire.
How much will you pay for my scrap metal?
Scrap prices move daily with the metal markets, so we do not publish rates. Ring the yard on 01270 611447 and we will tell you exactly what we are paying today for what you have.
What metals do you buy?
All grades of ferrous steel and cast iron, plus non-ferrous metals including copper, brass, gun metal, aluminium, lead, stainless steel, radiators, cable and aluminium cans.
Not sure what your scrap is worth?
Prices move daily. Give us a ring and we'll tell you what we're paying today — no obligation, no nonsense.
